Over the past year, we’ve hosted several chef’s dinner celebrations for every special occasion under the sun, and they’ve all had one thing in common:
Guests go wild for the flavored butters we bring to our events.(No, really. Every time.)
After discovering just how delighted folks are by the assortment of gourmet butters we’ve been sourcing from other vendors, we decided to start making our own. This winter, we began experimenting with a wide range of wild, wacky compound butter flavors to compliment our dishes – and in a few weeks, we’ll be taking a churning class at a creamery to learn how to make our own butter from scratch. Our spring menu features several seasonal butter selections, and we’ll offer a butter-tasting bread service experience at any of our upcoming events.
These are just some of the flavor combinations we’ve tried so far, with much more buttery goodness yet to come:
