Great Full Plate chef/owner Chris Blackburn was recently featured on Chicago’s very own WGN Sunday Brunch making his soon-to-be-world-famous lobster tail corndogs – poached in our gourmet orange tarragon butter, dipped in creamy cornmeal batter, fried to a crispy golden brown, and served over our signature maple bacon bourbon jam. As chef says, it’s deliciousness on a stick!
